The sunroom is housed in a new wing - an extension of an originally single story, leaking addition - transformed by Everts-Lind Enterprises into an inviting get-away with cathedral ceiling. |

The master bedroom suite includes a balcony that opens on the two-storey family room with a view through the beams and rafters to the western fields beyond.
In the original house, the partition walls had long ago been removed to form a single large open living and dining area. Fortunately Everts-Lind Enterprises found pieces of the original moldings stored as firewood in the cellar. Using those as a guide, new casings and trim work were milled, and the interior was returned to its original beauty.
The kitchen cabinetry is solid maple, one of many features in this home to assure healthy indoor air quality.

The kitchen was designed by home-owner Anne-Marie Sheppard - who wanted it to reflect a built-in hutch. Her vision was brought to life by Charles Lantz Cabinetry.
The owners wanted to have a reading nook, and Everts-Lind Enterprises used weathered boards from the barn and restored the original fireplace and bread oven to create this cozy, quiet space.

The newly restored stairs lead from the kitchen and dining areas up to a landing tucked under the dormer windows. This landing gives entry to four bedrooms and the en suite bath with its skylights, glassed-in shower and separate soaking tub.
